I have used it mainly for the meat hook on the end but the tool has three other functions that perform well.  This 4-in-one -tool has a handle that is  22 inches long so you won’t be too close to the heat of your charcoal grill. The leading edge of the spatula is serrated and while it won’t cut into a steak you can use the corner to poke into a tender part of the food to get a peek at the foods ‘doneness’.
